Fresh Roasting & Order Processing
At Jamocha Jo’s Coffee Roasters, every bag of coffee is roasted fresh after you place your order.
Most orders are roasted, packaged, and shipped within 1–2 business days, often the same day!
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during particularly busy periods may require additional processing time.
Our goal is simple: get freshly roasted coffee into your hands as quickly as possible, without compromising quality or freshness.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
Our standard shipping charges are:
- Base shipping charge: $6.00 per order
- Additional charge: $2.00 per 12 oz bag of coffee

Delivery Times
We typically ship orders using USPS Ground Advantage, which generally delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Because we roast your coffee fresh after you order, please allow an additional 0–2 business days for roasting, packaging, and processing.
Most orders arrive approximately 2–7 business days after being placed, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, or unexpected carrier delays.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available during checkout for customers who prefer to collect their orders.

Shipping Problems
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the problem.
